Dr. Rakshith Hegde graduated from A.B.Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangalore. He joined Rai Dental Clinic in 2003. He specializes in Prosthodontics, the speciality of implant, esthetic & Reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Rakshith offer’s his patients a wide range of options to replace missing teeth depending on each one's needs. Whether a he/she is a candidate for complete dentures, a removable partial denture, or a fixed (stationary) bridge, he is well qualified in providing high-quality care. He has an excellent understanding of dental laboratory procedures, and he work’s closely with dental technicians to ensure that each custom-made prosthesis is attractive and comfortable for the patient. He’s the 3rd Rank Holder in Prosthodontics in R.G.H.U.S,2002. He has also won the Best Paper award at the Indian Prosthodontist Society in Aurangabad 2005 (Guiding Flange Prosthesis for correction of deviated mandible after having mandibulectomy).
